What Member Berries Does

Member Berries is a simple, cozy memory game. It is not a social network, and it is not built around advertising or user profiling. The app is designed to work with minimal personal data.

Data We Store on Your Device

To make the game work, Member Berries stores some information locally on your device, such as:

• Game progress (for example: levels, boards, or modes you have unlocked).
• Basic settings and preferences (for example: sound on/off).
• Lightweight statistics used to show you how often you play or how you are improving.

This information is stored on your device. If you delete the app, this locally stored data is typically removed as part of the uninstall process.

Information We May Receive

As currently designed, Member Berries does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name to play. The app is not built around collecting personally identifiable information.

We may receive:

• Crash & diagnostics data. If enabled in your Apple device settings, Apple may provide anonymized crash or performance reports that help us understand when the app fails or behaves unexpectedly.
• Support emails. If you email us about Member Berries, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we will use that only to respond and improve the app.

We do not sell this information or use it to build advertising profiles.

What We Do Not Collect

Member Berries is intentionally simple. As of the current version:

• No in-app advertising SDKs.
• No third-party social logins or social graph access.
• No tracking of your activity across other apps or websites.
• No collection of precise location for marketing purposes.

If future versions introduce features that require additional data (for example, optional cloud sync or friends features), we will update this page and ask for any necessary permissions in-app.

Children's Privacy

Member Berries is designed for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email info@serpens.app so we can review and take appropriate steps.

If you have questions about this policy, want to know what limited information we may have about you (for example, through support emails or crash logs), or would like us to delete that information where possible, you can contact: info@serpens.app.
