This policy covers how we handle information in three contexts:
Some products (for example, Member Berries) have their own dedicated privacy pages with product-specific details. When in doubt, those product pages take priority.
serpens.app is currently intended as an informational and investor-facing site. We keep data collection minimal and focused on operating the site and responding to people who reach out.
We do not use this site to sell user data, build advertising profiles, or track people across unrelated websites.
Different products in the SerpensApp line handle data in different ways depending on their purpose. Our design principles are:
For example, Member Berries is designed so that game progress lives primarily on the user's device, with no third-party advertising SDKs. Other tools, such as SerpensDocs or GlobalHealthIQ pilots, may work with more sensitive information (contracts, health-related data, etc.) and are only operated under explicit agreements with the organizations involved.

Some Serpens projects (for example, SerpensDocs pilots, SerpensPulse trials, BoxTruckSprinter, or GlobalHealthIQ research) involve working with organizations that have their own privacy, security, and regulatory obligations.
