What SerpenSky Is
SerpenSky is the flagship connectivity and campus platform: a hybrid of ISP, digital twin, and services layer designed to bring "global-city" infrastructure to places that have historically been overlooked. The first implementation begins in Kumasi, with a roadmap into other African second cities.
On top of high-performance connectivity, SerpenSky adds campus operations, learning environments, and neighborhood-level services—so schools, clinics, and small businesses can plug into the same quality of tools you'd expect in New York, London, or Singapore.
Three Components
- Connectivity Spine. Satellite and fiber corridors that bring high-quality bandwidth into second cities, campuses, and districts.
- Modular Campuses & Buildings. A family of structures — including a ramped tower, warehouse-style flex spaces, and neural floors — designed for learning, work, and cultural programs.
- Operating Layer. Digital twin dashboards, S³M (Secure Street Smart Mesh), and a Modular Building OS connecting the physical environment to SerpensApp tools.
Why Start in Ghana
SerpenSky is rooted in lived experience: Ghanaian, diasporan, and international. Starting in Ghana makes the project accountable to a real community first, not abstract metrics. It also creates a test bed for second-city strategies that can later travel to places like Bouaké, Walvis Bay, Manzini, Mwanza, Nansana, and Bulawayo.
The goal is not to build "a tech park" — it's to prototype a campus that treats connectivity, space, and culture as one living system.
Stage & Targets
Stage: Post-PoC, Pre-build. Initial technical planning, partner conversations, and campus design work are underway.
Target milestones (2025–2027):
- Finalize land and campus agreements in Kumasi.
- Secure satellite and fiber capacity partnerships.
- Lock in anchor tenants across education, culture, and research for the first campus.
- Begin construction on the first modular building and digital twin environment.
Products Inside SerpenSky
SerpenSky is not just infrastructure; it is also a host for the SerpensApp product line and other operational tools:
- SerpensDocs. Contracts, policies, and governance for SerpenSky tenants and partners.
- SerpensPulse. Cultural and media intelligence for cities and districts around SerpenSky sites.
- BoxTruckSprinter. Routing and logistics around the campus: access programs, school transport, deliveries.
- GlobalHealthIQ. Health-aware overlays for campus and city operations, especially in crisis contexts.
- Modular Building OS. Internal control layer for neural floors, smart walls, and power/data routing.
SerpenSky Investor View
SerpenSky is the center of gravity for Serpens Inc: the place where connectivity, architecture, and software converge. It is also where much of the company's IP around neural buildings, digital twins, and S³M becomes real.
