What SerpenSky Is

SerpenSky is the connectivity and campus infrastructure platform within SERPENS INC. It combines network infrastructure, smart environments, and operational systems into deployable packages for municipalities, campuses, and distributed sites.

Our approach is to validate systems in a reference deployment before broader rollouts. This ensures that what we deliver to partners — whether cities, universities, or enterprises — has been tested in real operational conditions.

Three Components

• Connectivity Spine. Satellite and fiber corridors that bring high-quality bandwidth into second cities, campuses, and districts.
• Modular Campuses & Buildings. A family of structures — including a ramped tower, warehouse-style flex spaces, and neural floors — designed for learning, work, and cultural programs.
• Operating Layer. Digital twin dashboards, S³M (Secure Street Smart Mesh), and a Modular Building OS connecting the physical environment to SerpensApp tools.

Reference Deployment Model

SerpenSky is designed to be validated through a reference deployment before scaling. This provides a controlled environment to test connectivity infrastructure, campus operations, and software integration under actual load and user conditions.

This approach — proving capability in a reference site before broader deployment — is standard practice in infrastructure contracting. What works in an initial deployment can then be adapted for other municipalities, university campuses, and enterprise sites globally.

Stage & Targets

Stage: Pre-build. Technical planning, partner conversations, and campus design work are underway.

Target milestones:

• Finalize land and campus agreements for initial reference deployment.
• Secure satellite and fiber capacity partnerships.
• Lock in anchor tenants across education, culture, and research.
• Begin construction on the first modular building and digital twin environment.
