Who We Are
Serpens Inc is a small, focused investment firm that both builds and backs infrastructure for everyday life. We create products, fund ideas, and support partners whose work makes it easier for communities to learn, move, stay healthy, and connect.
Serpens Inc sits behind the SerpenSky stack and its related ventures. We don't just write checks—we help design, test, and steward the systems themselves: connectivity, software, buildings, public health tools, and logistics platforms that can quietly make life better in the places they touch.
Based in New York City, we invest in and build systems for second cities, campuses, and communities—from Ghana to wherever culture and infrastructure meet.
What We Do
- Build and launch products — We originate products inside Serpens Inc when we see gaps that no one else is filling—like SerpenSky, GlobalHealthIQ, SerpensApp tools (Member Berries, FokusRead, SerpensDocs, SerpensPulse), and BoxTruckSprinter. These products are our way of asking: "What does better look like in the real world?"
- Invest in enabling infrastructure — We support the networks, campuses, and partners that make those products truly useful: schools, health systems, municipalities, and operators who want to modernize without losing their own character.
- Stand behind the people doing the work — We work alongside founders, educators, civil servants, and local teams—helping them spearhead their own solutions with our tools in the background. When we do our job well, the spotlight is on them, not us.
